Excellent hotel close to the venue of a wedding which we were attending. The hotel itself and rooms are modern, clean, comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was a usual hotel buffet with fresh food constantly topped up as it ran out. Nothing looked as if it had sat for a long time. Lunch just after we arrived on the first day was tasty and reasonably priced. However, the greatest asset of the Casa is its staff. From the moment we arrived until we checked out everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, helpful and seemed genuinely interested in their guests - why we were in Amsterdam, chatting about the Scottish wedding, our previous visits etc and made us feel truly valued. Sorry we can’t remember all staff names, but we’d like to commend Rosa, Francesca and Ashanti at the front desk and Fleur in the restaurant. We’ll definitely book at the Casa when we come back to Amsterdam.

Stayed at hotel casa for 4 nights had one wheelchair accessible room. It was great and I would recommend this hotel for wheelchair users. The staff were good prior to booking, checking the room sending photos and measuring height of bed and shower chair etc. It is a modern young friendly place all the staff are helpful. Unfortunately for my sister the shower was not really usable as she could not transfer as the sink was in the way. But everyone's disabilities is different so that would not be the case for everyone. The other great thing is the location . It is near Amstrel station and we used public transport all the time. Holland has a brilliant integrated transport network. So we could get from the airport to the hotel by train and metro all of which was easy in a wheelchair. My only criticism of casa hotel is that it would be good to have the wheelchair accessible rooms on the website. This is the same for all hotel websites. You have to work hard to find the information.It is defianetly a hotel I would consider using again

As we arrived there was some trepidation at the surrounding area, BUT the hotel was light, modern and everyone was smiling, polite happy to assist in all things, metro cards, transport, maps etc. The rooms were again modern and environmentally friendly. Enough space for a weekend, expresso machine but no milk just creamer, but ask at reception. Breakfast was €16.50 each, Buffet style but had plenty of choice and all you could eat. Pancakes, scrambled egg, bacon, granola, yogurt, fruit. Many flavours of tea... but you may have to ask for English breakfast tea.. Had an Easter egg hunt within hotel on Easter Sunday.. The hotel is a good 10 min walk from Amstel Station but then the station feeds all stations from Centraal down to Biljmer.. Johann Cruyff Stadium. Metro cards need to be scanned on Red machines, NS train card scan on yellow machines. Clock in and out like underground. Simple once you've done it. Would definitely book again.

From the first day we arrived till we left we had a great time. Greeted very pleasantly and friendly by the staff. They held our luggage until it was time to check-in while we wandered into town for a bit. Quiet location, Metro stations very close by, for travel into the city centre, but we walked it which was easy. A couple of supermarkets close by which was very handy. Instantly felt very comfortable in this hotel, had such a lovely feel to it, nice and relaxed. Staff were all amazing, there was nothing that was too much trouble for them. Room was very clean, we had problems with the TV not turning on but this was very quickly rectified and we were given complimentary drinks vouchers for the trouble! Food here was delicious, so was the coffee and drinks All situated in a very spacious cafe, bar and restaurant area. I can not get over how wonderful this hotel and staff were. We even had problems with our taxi company (not booked through the hotel) and they kindly phoned up the taxi company for us and chased them up! We shall definitely be returning when we visit Amsterdam again. Thank you so much!

Really comfortable hotel close to transport links. Not very central but a few stops on the metro to either Schiphol airport or Centraal Station. Good choice of room, clean and well equipped. Beds are comfy, rooms are warm, and have a desk, chair and padded window seat. There is a kettle, coffee machine with pods, more are available from reception, hairdryer and TV. Shower not bath, the shower was hot and powerful. All staff very friendly and happy to help. Breakfast if chosen was tasty with a selection of cereals, pastries and hot food in a buffet style. Would stay there again!
